How it works

Seal a PDF in three steps.

Give your document tamper-evidence: anyone can verify it's exactly the file you sealed — without the file ever leaving your browser.

  1. 01

    Open your finished PDF

Seal the final version — the contract as signed, the report as delivered. Sealing binds to the document's exact bytes.

  2. 02

    Seal it

The editor computes the document's cryptographic fingerprint in your browser and registers it, tied to your verified account. Only the fingerprint travels — never the file.

  3. 03

    Let anyone verify

Whoever receives the document can check it on the public verification page: if a single byte changed since sealing, verification fails.

Use cases

What people seal PDFs for.

Three moments when you have to prove the document is exactly the one you issued, not merely say so.

Documents that pass through several hands

The signed quote goes to the client, who forwards it to their accountant, and the accountant to the bank assessing the loan. Four inboxes later nobody knows which PDF is the original, though everyone is sure theirs is. With a visible seal the check takes seconds: scan the QR, drop the file, read the answer. No account needed.

Files you are not allowed to upload

The payroll run for forty-two employees, a medical report, the tender you signed an NDA to receive. Almost every service that certifies a document starts by asking you to upload it to their servers — precisely what your own policy forbids. Here the SHA-256 fingerprint is computed in your browser: the fingerprint leaves, along with the file name and page count. The document never does.

Proving later which version you issued

A grant audit, a warranty claim, a disagreement over what the March handover report actually said. Seal the file the day you issue it and keep the certificate it offers, a signed receipt in JSON. When the question comes up two years on, the file either matches the seal or it does not.

Sealing computes the finished file's fingerprint in your browser and registers only that fingerprint, signed with your account key — or with your own Ed25519 key, which never leaves the page either. The stamp can appear as a card, a band, a corner mark, or not at all. Edit the PDF afterwards and the seal breaks: that is the whole point.

Why us

Why choose our PDF editor? The details you'll feel every day.

We made deliberate decisions where most online editors hedge — privacy, speed, price transparency, scope. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Your files are yours.

Editing runs in your browser with WebAssembly, no server round-trip. AI does process your document — securely and only to answer you — but we never publish, share or use it for training. Only what you save is synced to the cloud. The only person who sees your file is you.

Fast by design.

Most edits happen client-side in your browser, so they feel instant. When a step genuinely needs the server — heavy compression, encryption — it finishes in seconds. No polling pages, no «we'll email you when it's ready» rituals.

Free to edit. Honest about what's paid.

Editing is completely free — every tool, full quality, no watermark, no account required. The paid part is clear: to download your finished PDF you start a trial, and the plan also unlocks the cloud library. One flat monthly fee, and you cancel it yourself from your account whenever you want.

One editor, not ten websites.

Text, signatures, images, pages, shapes, search, encryption and compression share the same canvas and the same undo stack. It runs on any modern browser — iPad and Android tablets included — with no extension, no native app, no installer trap.
