Yes — that's the point of this tool. Upload up to 20 photos in a single batch and they become one PDF with one page per photo, in exactly the order you selected them. It's the cleanest way to turn a camera roll full of receipts, IDs or paperwork shots into a single document you can send, upload to a form or archive.

No visible quality is lost. PDF viewers can't display HEIC directly, so each photo is decoded at its full original resolution and re-encoded at high quality before being embedded — no downscaling, no thumbnails. Documents, receipts and whiteboards photographed with an iPhone stay perfectly legible in the resulting PDF.

Because HEIC relies on the HEVC video codec, which Windows doesn't ship by default — it asks you to buy it from the Microsoft Store just to preview the file. Many websites, upload forms and older programs reject HEIC for the same reason. Converted to PDF, the same photos open on any device, with nothing to install on either side.

HEIC is the format Apple devices use for photos since iOS 11 (2017): a HEIF container holding an image compressed with HEVC. The upside is efficiency — roughly half the size of an equivalent JPEG at the same quality, which is why Apple adopted it. The downside is compatibility outside the Apple ecosystem, which is exactly what converting to PDF fixes.

Each page matches its photo's dimensions exactly — the image is never cropped, stretched or padded with white bands. Viewers and printers scale pages automatically when displaying or printing, so mixed portrait and landscape shots coexist naturally in the same document.

Of course. One photo in, one single-page PDF out — handy when a form only accepts PDF, or when you need a scan-like document of one receipt or ID. The 20-photo batch is a capability, not a requirement.

Up to 100MB per batch, whether that's one photo or twenty. iPhone HEICs are efficient — typically 1-3MB each — so a full 20-photo batch fits comfortably. If you do hit the limit, split the photos across two conversions and merge the PDFs afterwards in the editor.

The original HEIC files are deleted from our servers right after the conversion — and always within 48 hours at most, enforced by an automatic cleanup. They're never published or reused. The PDF stays in your private cloud library, visible only to you, where you can reopen it, reorganize its pages or delete it whenever you like.
