Open the plans section of your dashboard, pick the other plan and confirm — your subscription simply continues on the new plan with its own monthly AI quota, without cancelling anything or creating a new account, and the price difference is handled automatically in your billing.

Ask us from the email linked to your account through the contact page, and we will erase your account, your cloud files and your billing data as required by GDPR. Any active subscription is cancelled as part of the process. There is a 30-day recovery window in case you change your mind; after that, everything is gone for good.

Whatever you edit without saving to the cloud never leaves your browser. Files you save to your library are encrypted at rest with AES-256, travel over TLS and live on EU infrastructure under GDPR. We never train AI models on your documents, and you can wipe your entire cloud library with one action from the dashboard.
